Dreamworld Vacations Pvt Ltd gives right to everyone to cancel their .

• In case of any valid point of dissatisfaction,The can cancel their within 7 days of availing their first holiday by writing to us at customercare@dreamworldvacations.com.
• Refund will be processed after deducting administration charges, ASF or Booking amount and GST.
• This refund policy will not be applicable for premium business .

**If the payment is made by Credit Card or Net Banking, we shall reverse the credit or credit the net banking account of the customer. Refund can get delayed due to public holidays and Sundays.
